Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Process insurance verifications and collect payments.
- Coordinate with therapists to optimize patient flow and scheduling.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and inventory management.
- Ensure a clean and organized front office environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a medical office preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with insurance billing and coding is a plus.
